Creamy pasta Salad


This Salad turned amazing at one shot! Seriously! its cold and creamy taste makes you want to go for a second helping! 


Ingredients:


  • 250g fusilli pasta
  • 150g Chicken boneless 
  • 2 tsp oil 
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 fresh cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 200g corn kernels boiled
  • 1/2 red capsicum, chopped
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 125g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 50 grams baby corns, halved
  • 100g iceberg lettuce
  • 50g Pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • Salt



  • Step 1:

    Boil pasta till its cooked. Drain and keep it aside. In a separate bowl mix fresh cream with mayonnaise and lemon juice.


    Step 2:

    Heat oil in a non stick pan. Toss chicken and all the veggies except lettuce,cherry tomatoes and pineapple, turn the heat off. Sprinkle salt and pepper.


    Step 3:

    Mix mayonnaise and fresh cream with the tossed veggies in the pasta. Add fresh lettuce,cherry tomatoes and pineapple chunks in the salad. Check salt level.


    Step 4:

    Cover your salad with a lead or intact plastic. Refrigerate. Serve cold for better a taste. Enjoy!
