Banana bread


Make delicious Gluten free bread at home. It's very healthy and yummy. Make your breakfast healthy with the most delicious and irresistible flavor, I bet you will love this!


You will need, Ingedients:

• 1 1/2 cup oat flour 
• 1 1/2 cup soya flour 
• 1/2 cup corn flour 
• 2 tbsp yeast
• 3 large bananas
• 50g sugar
• 2 eggs
• 100g yogurt
• 4 tbsp oil
• 1 tsp salt
• yellow color (optional)

Step 1:

Heat a pan, add chopped bananas and sugar. Cook till bananas has softened and sugar has caramelized. Add little water for smoothing. It should be thick.


Step 2:

Preheat oven to 200'C.

Dissolve yeast with 1 tsp sugar in 2 tsp water until foamy.

On a surface, combine all flour and then add yeast.

Add eggs and knead using dough cutter. Transfer the dough mixture in a large bowl. Mix in caramelized banana, yoghurt, vegetable oil, color and salt. 

Keep folding the dough for 5 mins till it appears like a very thick batter.



Step 3:

Transfer the dough to a greased loaf tray.


Place the tray on a preheated oven, cover with a damp cloth and leave it for proofing on top of the oven for 40 mins.


It will rise and double in quantity.


Once it's done, egg or milk wash following with sprinkling of water on top of the dough. 

Bake for 30-35 mins or until its baked completely. Insert a toothpick to check whether its baked or not.


Cool on a wire rack. Use a pallet knife to free all the sides of bread from the tray. Slice with a knife with a sawing technique for a better shape.
