Homemade Pizza bread


Nothing tastes better than a fresh and yummy homemade pizza bread. Learn the easy way to impress your loved ones by just following the easy steps.


You need, Ingredients:

• All purpose flour 150 grams
• Yeast 20 grams
• Sugar 1 teaspoon 
• Margarine 20 grams
• Salt 1 teaspoon 
• Carom seeds 1 teaspoon

Baking time: 10-12mins
Baking temperature: 200'C


Step 1: Mix yeast with sugar

Mix yeast with sugar in a bowl and cover it for 5 mins or till the bubble appears on top.

Step 2: prepare your dough!

Pour the yeast mixture on the flour. Prepare the dough using water occasionally. Too much of water will spoil  the dough, be careful with water. 

Mix Margarine with carom seeds and salt. Spread it on dough entirely. The dough texture should be soft and non-sticky. In case of lumpy texture, use flour to balance the dough softness.

Step 3: cover the dough with a damp cloth!

Cover the dough with a Damp muslin cloth and allow it to rise undisturbed for 10 mins.

Once it has risen, turn your dough and hit against the table or marble floor, with your palms till all the air bubbles are out of the dough.



Step 4: shape and bake!

Divide the dough into five parts. 



Use a rolling pin and give each a round shape. You can have desirable size too, I chose to make medium size pizza bread.



Now bake them! Fork press each bread before baking.



Allow it to rest on a wire rack for 10 mins.
Wow! Done! It is so fresh that you will feel like baking again! Goodluck and enjoy.
