Chicken Corn patties


Hello folks! This recipe is amazing. It's crispy from outside and soft from inside. Each bite bursts into corn and chicken flavors!!! It's simply slurplicious.....


You will need, Ingredients:

• 500g chicken mince
• 125g corn kernels
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
• 1 tsp hot pepper sauce 
• 1 tsp ground black pepper
• Salt
• 1 cup bread crumbs
• Oil for frying


Step 1:

Combine chicken mince with corns and other ingredients. Season with some herbs if you want.

Note: make sure your chicken mince is well drained. Use a sieve for this process.


Step 2: shape them!

Shape mixture into as many patties you want. Cover the patties in bread crumbs and refrigerate for 30 mins.


Step 3:

Heat oil in a non-stick frypan and shallow fry each patties on medium heat until golden brown. That takes 8-10 mins or so. 

An alternative option for those who don't have time for 30 minutes in refrigerator. Beat an egg in a bowl and dip each patties in egg. Cover with bread crumbs and deep fry immediately. 


Step 4: Devour!

Serve hot with fresh salad or in a toasted bun. Enjoy and indulge!
