Malpua also known as Indian pancakes. They taste amazing when served with rabri. It's a must try for all sweet lovers!
You will need, Ingredients:
• 100g castor sugar
• 2 eggs
• 100g all purpose flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 cup milk
• 1 tsp cardamon powder
• Yellow color
• Dry fruits
• Oil/ghee for deep frying
Method:
Beat sugar and eggs for 5-6 mins on medium speed.
Mix dry content together, flour with baking soda and cardamon powder. Fold dry content in eggs and sugar mixture till all lumps are gone.
Finally add milk and color and beat the mixture for 5 mins. Fold in Dry fruits as desired. Batter is ready to be fried.
Deep fry each malpua and place them on soaking paper. Serve hot with rabri.
