No one can resist fritters, especially made from bananas!! It's very rich in taste and texture.
There are so many variations for banana fritters. I personally like fritters with thin slices of bananas rather than mashed bananas in the recipe.
You will need, Ingredients:
• 2 large bananas sliced
• 2 slices of bread
• Half cup of milk
• 1 egg
• 3 tbsp sugar
• 4 tbsp wheat flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• Yellow colour
• Oil for deep frying
Step 1:
Soak bread slices in milk till they soften. Mix inside egg and sugar and blend till sugar has melted completely.
Mix flour with baking powder. Fold dry content in egg and sugar mixture till no lumps appear. Add colour accordingly in the batter.
Step 2:
Heat oil in a wok. Mix bananas in the batter. Using a tablespoon measure, fry each fritters.
Make sure that banana slice should be present in each fritter.
Serve hot with any sweet dip. Enjoy!
