This dish is absolutely delectable. The best part about this it's extremely simple and healthy. Even the person who dislikes veggies will relish this! Don't miss, it's very yummy...Mmmm...
You will need, Ingredients:
• 1 pack Noodles
• 300g boneless chicken small chunks
• 1 cup Chicken stock
• 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
• 1 tsp green chilly sauce
• 1 cup grated carrots
• 1/2 cup french beans chopped
• 1 cup capsicum
• 1/2 cup cabbage finely sliced
• 1 tsp white pepper
• 1 tsp ajinomoto
• 1/2 bunch spring onions chopped
• Salt
• 2 tbsp Corn starch
Step 1:
If you don't have chicken stock, so boil few pcs of chicken with 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste. Alter your ingredients list by adding 50 grams chicken and 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste more in your list.
Boil noodles until cooked. Drain hot water and keep it aside. Heat oil in a pan and add chicken. Sauté for a while and add minced ginger garlic and green chilly sauce.
Add carrots and french beans, sauté them for sometime and add 1 tsp white pepper and ajinomoto. Then add cabbage and capsicums following by chicken stock. cook for 5 minutes and add salt accordingly.
Add 1 cup of water and bring it to a boil. Add spring onions and maintain the heat and add corn starch. Stir till the gravy thickens.
Step 2:
Serve hot with boiled noodles. If in case, noodles are sticking with each other, soak them in cold water for 2 mins. They will be manageable to handle.
