Hello curry lovers! I love to prepare varieties of curries for my family. One more curry to be added in my blog, Chicken Hyderabadi curry, best known for its simplicity in taste.

Chicken Hyderabadi curry is popular for its rich flavors . It's also very simple and quick to prepare. Make this dish in less than 30 minutes.

You will need, Ingredients:

Method:

Marinate chicken in ginger garlic paste and yoghurt for 30 minutes in a refrigerator.

Heat ghee or oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in onions, and fry until golden brown. Then stir in cloves, cardamom and bay leaves for a minute.

Separate onions and spices from oil and grind them into a thick paste.

In the same oil, add dry red chillies, slitted green chillies and curry leaves, stir in for a minute. Add marinated chicken and stir for 2-3 minutes.

Stir in onion paste in the chicken. Add salt and 1/2 a cup of water or more as per the requirement. Maintain low flames.

Cover the chicken with a lid and allow it to cook for 10-15 minutes.

Once done, uncover the lid and garnish with chopped coriander.

Serve hot with vegetable pulav or naan.
